ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The Bachelor of Vocational Studies (B.Voc.) in Interior Design is a comprehensive three-year undergraduate program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in interior design. This course focuses on various aspects of interior design, including design concepts, color theory, space planning, and the use of design software. Students learn to translate design ideas into technical drawings and renderings, which are essential for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The curriculum also covers construction methods, building services, and materials, providing a well-rounded education in the field.     Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

    Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.

    Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.
